To register and maintain an active ts999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ts999 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its players.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register as players on ts999.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ts999 or any third-party responsible gaming body to which ts999 subscribes.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ts999 account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across those accounts.

ts999 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ts999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. ts999 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or phone.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ts999 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) through your ts999 account settings.
• Log out of your ts999 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ts999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must keep your registered personal information — including your full name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment method details — accurate and current. ts999 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

All ts999 account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). ts999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your ts999 account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• ts999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own service charges.
• Funds deposited into your ts999 wallet are available for gaming use as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified ts999 account.
• ts999 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification and payment provider processing times.
• ts999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if ts999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

ts999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

New ts999 players are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players who have successfully completed registration and passed initial identity verification. The bonus is credited to the player's ts999 bonus wallet upon qualifying deposit.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• ts999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If ts999 determines that a player has exploited or abused a bonus offer — including through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or breach of any condition — ts999 may void the bonus and any associated winnings, and close the player's account.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers or players identified as systematic bonus hunters may be excluded from promotional offers.

All bets and wagers placed on ts999 — whether on casino games, the ts999 cricket sportsbook, PSL markets, slots, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to these general rules and to the specific rules of each individual game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ts999 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined in the specific rules of the relevant game or market (e.g., event cancellation, technical error, obvious pricing error).
• ts999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. All outcomes are independently generated and not subject to manipulation by ts999 or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game or sports betting event, ts999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
• ts999's sportsbook odds are set algorithmically and updated in real time. In-play (live) cricket and PSL odds may be suspended at any time at ts999's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply on all markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip prior to placement.

The ts999 cricket sportsbook covers PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 tournaments. PSL betting markets are subject to the official PSL match schedule and results confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or relevant governing body. ts999 reserves the right to suspend PSL markets pending official result confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ts999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using ts999 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through unlawful activities. ts999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigating suspected financial crimes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market available on ts999.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with ts999 games or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ts999 account under any circumstances.
• Underage Access: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your ts999 account.
• Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward ts999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

ts999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ts999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any ts999 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ts999 software or game logic.
• Use the ts999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without ts999's written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ts999 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. ts999 actively monitors for brand misuse and will pursue enforcement action where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ts999 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ts999 platform, including:

• Any gaming losses incurred through normal play on the ts999 platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of ts999 services for any reason, including scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your ts999 account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ts999's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

The ts999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ts999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any service or content on the platform.

ts999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ts999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with their ts999 account.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ts999, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ts999 account may do so at any time by contacting ts999 support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, ts999 reserves the right to retain the account balance as compensation for damages or administrative costs incurred as a result of the breach, subject to applicable law.

ts999 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ts999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ts999 platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your ts999 account before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without player notification at ts999's discretion.
